Tour Requirements
• All participants MUST weigh approx 100 lbs but not over 280 lbs and guests must not be expectant mothers.
• All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Check-In: GUESTS MUST ARRIVE 30 minutes early for Segway training and to sign waivers. MOST DAYS, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. PLEASE be sure to arrive on time! Thank you!
Parking is available in lots and parking decks throughout Uptown Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) with a variety of price points ($20 and up). Our parking garage (shared with The Omni Hotel) is located at 132 E. Trade St. Charlotte NC 28202 and is $30 for 2 hrs or more. From the parking garage elevators, we are on the PL level. It opens in front of Walgreens, and we are to the left of Walgreens, Which Wich, and CC's. At the top of two short flights of stairs JUST BEFORE the over the street walkway.

ALL guests please note that you must arrive 30 minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time of your tour for our MANDATORY Segway training/orientation. Also note, that on some days we MIGHT ask you to arrive 45 minutes before your tour time.
ALL TOURS begin in our office located ALL THE WAY INSIDE the One South at the Plaza Building (same building as The Omni Hotel and Walgreens). Our office is right at the top of two short flights of stairs (NOT THE ESCALATOR) directly to the left of Walgreens, Which Wich, and a closed shop (former CC's Accessories), RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET TO THE OVER THE STREET WALKWAY.
You gain access to the ground floor of our building from the open area (with small trees/plants/table and chair groupings) between The Essex Restaurant and Eddie V's Restaurant at 101 S. Tryon St. OR you can access our office on the PL level from the ONE SOUTH parking garage's CENTRALLY located elevator at 132 E. Trade St. Charlotte NC 28202. (Address for the parking garage is different, but it leads to the same building.) There are other parking options within 2-3 blocks of our building (surface lots $15-17), but the nearest parking is at our ONE SOUTH garage at 132 E. Trade St. and is $30 (card only). This garage is also for The Omni Hotel. You drive past their attendant's area and take a ticket from the gated entrance.
Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please be aware that this tour activity is NOT for expectant mothers and is not recommended for those who have challenges with walking or standing for long periods of time, those with recent surgeries/joint replacement surgeries, or those with back pain/issues or with vestibular challenges. It is also NOT recommended for those who might have challenges with a HIGH HEAT index on days when the temperature is likely to be in the 90s.
RAIN POLICY: We provide full refunds if OUR COMPANY chooses cancel due to rain. Or we can try to rebook you to another available time if you prefer. Occasionally, if the rain is very light or short-lived, we might delay the tour a few minutes. We also provide disposable rain ponchos if the forecast shows possible light/brief showers during the tour time. We do cancel if there is a chance of rain with lightning and/or thunder. Thank you.
