Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 48 hours of your trip departure. Private charter guests on the Big Kahuna will receive a full refund or credit with 14 days or more notice of cancellation. All other guests will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Guests will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather, minimum guests not being met or any unforeseen circumstances that may compromise safety. Contact us by phone to cancel or rebook. No-shows will be charged the full price and not given refunds or options to rebook. Booking cancellations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 48 hours of your trip departure.

Mixed party trips, may be delayed up to 5 mins after departure, at which point the Tiki will depart and you will be considered a "No-Show". For private chartered trips, The Captain can delay departure up to 20 mins, if you have not arrived by then, you will be considered a no show and we reserve the right to take standby passengers at that point. ""NO-SHOWS"" will not be issued refunds or rebook options.
