- All primary renters are required to be at least 25 years old, possess all certifications and have previous boating experience. Guests not having previous experience or not demonstrating sufficient boating knowledge will not be permitted to leave the dock.
- Effective Aug. 1, 2019, Everglades National Park now requires all marine boaters to have completed the Park’s Boater Education Program. If you have not previously taken this course, you will need to do so before departing with your rental boat. Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a refund, minus any FareHarbor booking fees, for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the reserved tour time. Refunds will not be granted due to weather, unless the operator has to cancel the tour due to severe weather. Contact us by phone at 855-708-2207 to cancel an existing reservation. No-shows, cancellations within 72 hours, and late arrivals will not be refunded.
