Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time for a refund to the original method of payment. Customers will receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation or rescheduling. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
