NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS:
No refunds or rescheduling of your bike rental within 72 hour of activity date (24 hrs if pre-purchased Breathe Easy Trip Insurance). No exceptions: Not if your flight was late, if there was traffic, if you booked the wrong date, if you booked the wrong number of people, if you got ill, if you had an emergency or for any other reason, please contact your travel or CC insurance policy. Any changes/cancellations outside of 72 hrs (or 24 hrs if Breathe Easy trip ins) must be in writing by emailing reservations@bobbysbikehike.com. This way both of us have written documentation. Any rental changes are subject to $10/person rescheduling fee.

We have arranged discounted parking ($9.99 for 6 hours and 11.99 for 12 hours) at 441 East Erie St. You can use the link here to pre-reserve your discounted spot
All parking arrangements are made directly with Parking Garage.

RENTAL DETAILS
- Helmets provided. We STRONGLY encourage everyone wears a helmet. (Riders under 18 years required by law)
- All Riders must abide by Illinois and Chicago Bike & Traffic Laws. Please Review prior to renting.
- There is no guarantee we will be around after closing time. Same Day Return Rentals must return by Closing time or otherwise switch to overnight 24hr rental. If you cannot do an overnight rental we will charge a rate of $30 for every 15 minutes after close that you return the bikes.
- Must have ID & Matching Credit Card at time of rental
- Rentals run rain or shine!

Cancellation Policy
Reservation is fully refundable (minus a 10% processing fee on credit card purchases) if reservation is canceled at least three days (72 hours) prior to scheduled tour. No cancels within 72 hours. $10/person service fee for any reservation changes made within 72 hours. We do not reimburse for under participation or if you return early. All changes must be made in writing to reservations@bobbysbikehike.com
