Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Weather Conditions
In the event of heavy rain or snow, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour for safety reasons. If this happens, we will contact you in advance to inform you of the changes.
If you prefer to reschedule due to weather conditions, we have to be contacted at least 12 hours advance. Last minute changes will NOT be accepted.
No-Shows
Refund or rescheduling is not applicable for tours that have been missed.
