Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation before rental/ tour date less a $50 non-refundable booking fee. A complementary reschedule will be given within 7 days of rental/ tour but cancellations within 7 days of rental will receive a 50% refund of the booking value. Cancellations within 48 hours of rental/tour will incur a 100% penalty. The $50 non-refundable booking fee applies to all reservations made online, in-person, via phone or by 3rd party booking companies and is built into the price paid. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (determined by rental operator) or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Any no-shows or cancellations same day with reservations made through a third-party booking site or if using a pre-paid voucher will forfeit entire voucher price, not to exceed price paid for voucher. Customer reschedules for any reason within 48 hours will incur a $25 additional fee to be paid immediately upon reschedule. Reschedule dates must be chosen upon the time of reschedule. Cancellations for any reservation will be less the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
