This tour is a mixture of fun and history that will take you to see some of the best attractions Uptown has to offer! Whether you're a resident or a visitor, come experience local and national favorites! And no worries. W provide full refunds if we have to cancel due to rain.
During this 2-hour guided Segway experience, you will have a chance to Discover:
• The historic 4th Ward Victorian neighborhood hidden right within the Uptown area.
• The Levine Cultural Center which is home to the Mint Museum, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and the Harvey B. Gantt African American Cultural center.
• A beautifully designed urban park named after Romare Bearden, an internationally famous artist who called Charlotte his home.
• The active side of Charlotte with its various stadiums for professional and minor league teams in Uptown.You'll even have a chance to view some of these thrilling locations up close Including:
• Levine Avenue of the Arts
• The Green, Panthers Stadium, Historic 4th Ward

Uptown Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) We are in the same building as The Omni Hotel and Walgreens.
Parking is available in surface lots and parking garages all around us in Uptown Charlotte. Costs start at $20 a day. The CLOSEST parking to our office is the parking garage we share with The Omni Hotel, and it is located at 132 E. Trade St. Charlotte NC 28202. This parking garage charges $30 for 2+ hrs of parking. You can park on the P2 or P3 levels anywhere there are no RESERVED signs. If you take the centrally located parking garage to the PL level, you will be in front of Walgreens. From there, you go to the left of Walgreens, Which Wich, and CC's. Our office is at the top of two short flights of stairs JUST BEFORE you get to the over the street walkway.

ALL guests please note that you MUST arrive 30 minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time of your tour for our MANDATORY Segway training/orientation. Also note, that on some days we MIGHT ask you to arrive 45 minutes before your tour time to make sure we don't fall behind on a busy day. We currently have no mask requirements, but guests are more than welcomed to wear masks if you so choose.
OUR OFFICE is located ALL THE WAY INSIDE the ONE SOUTH building at 101 S. Tryon St. Charlotte NC 28202. We are in the same building as the OMNI HOTEL and Walgreens. Our office is all the way TO THE LEFT OF WALGREENS, Which 'Wich, and CC's Accessories shop...at the top of two short flights of stairs JUST BEFORE YOU GET TO THE OVER THE STREET WALKWAY. [Do not go up the escalator.)
Cancellation Policy
BEFORE BOOKING, please be aware that this tour activity is NOT recommended for those who have challenges with walking or standing for long periods of time, those with recent surgeries/joint replacement surgeries, or those with back pain/issues or with vestibular challenges. All tour participants must weigh 100 lbs. (approx.) and not over 280 lbs. And out of an abundance of caution, we do not allow expectant mothers on our Segway tours.
RAIN POLICY: We provide full refunds if OUR COMPANY chooses cancel due to rain. Or we can try to rebook you to another available time if you prefer. Occasionally, if the rain is very light or short-lived, we might delay the tour a few minutes. We also provide disposable rain ponchos if the forecast shows possible light/brief showers during the tour time. We do cancel if there is a chance of rain with lightning and/or thunder. Thank you.
