Description: Carabalí offers exhilarating two hour four track ride through the foothills of the El Yunque Tropical Rainforest. This invigorating ride exposes the riders to the spectacular scenery of Puerto Rico’s east coast, while roaming through towering trees, treading through creeks, climbing hills, and coasting through vast rugged rainforest terrain on our 650cc four tracks!
Upon arrival, riders will be given a ten minute introduction on how to operate the vehicle, including safety instructions. Then the real adventure begins as riders climb hills, roam through rugged terrainm splash through the river, and more. So, whether you are an experienced rider or a first timer, you can be sure of an exhilarating trip.
Our guests will also have the unique opportunity of stopping at Mameyes River, a river which comes directly from the rainforest for a refreshing 30 minute swim in its pure, clean crystal waters.

Special Requirements: • Driver minimum age of 16 with a valid driver's license.
• Driver and passenger minimum height of 60 inches tall.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
• 485 lbs. combined weight limit for each ATV.
• Wearing Long Pants
Restrictions: - Pets and service animals are allowed but for safety reasons they can not participate in any of the activities.

Requirements
• Driver minimum age of 16.
• Driver must present a physical valid driver's license.
• It's mandatory that all passengers are 16 years of age or older.
• You must provide proof of age with a state issued ID or passport.
• If ID or passport is not presented, the rider/passenger will not be able to go on the tour.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
• 450 lbs. combined weight limit for each ATV.

Check-In information & Payments
Photo identification that matches the credit card that was used to make the reservation will be required at check in. Please ensure to have photo identification with you as well as the PHYSICAL credit card that was used to make the reservation. No Virtual Cards (Apple Pay, Apple Cards, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna, CashApp, Zelle, Visa Gift Cards, etc) will be accepted
We will not honor any of the virtual payments listed above that come through on a booking. We will ask you to pay with a physical credit card or cash in person.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to the tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation during business hours between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Outside of business hours please email us at info@carabalirainforestpark.com for cancellation inquiries.
No-shows will be charged full price. No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked less than 24 hours before the tour departure time. Guest who don't arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or re-scheduled and will lose participation.
