Description: It is not difficult to find a really enjoyable adventure at Carabalí Rainforest Park. You can explore Puerto Rico and its amazing forest on horseback. The invigorating two hour horseback rides take visitors “off the beaten path” to enjoy an incredible adventure, a change of pace, and scenery while basking in the Caribbean views and experience the beauty of this unique rainforest eco-system. The extraordinary Rainforest tour takes our guests to the Mameyes River. In addition, on our Beach tour, guest have the opportunity to ride their horses on one of the best known beaches in the Caribbean. This tour caters to all levels of Riders: beginners, intermediate, and experience riders are all welcome.

Special Requirements: • 235 lbs. weight limit for riders.
• Weight limit on carry-ons is 8 lbs (this includes backpack/purse/handbag)
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
Restrictions: - Pets and service animals are allowed but for safety reasons they can not participate in any of the activities.

Check-In information & Payments
Photo identification that matches the credit card that was used to make the reservation will be required at check in. Please ensure to have photo identification with you as well as the PHYSICAL credit card that was used to make the reservation. No Virtual Cards (Apple Pay, Apple Cards, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna, CashApp, Zelle, Visa Gift Cards, etc) will be accepted
We will not honor any of the virtual payments listed above that come through on a booking. We will ask you to pay with a physical credit card or cash in person.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to the tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation during business hours between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Outside of business hours please email us at info@carabalirainforestpark.com for cancellation inquiries.
No-shows will be charged full price. No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked less than 24 hours before the tour departure time. Guest who don't arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or re-scheduled and will lose participation.
