Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds are available once a tour has commenced.
Refund Policy
We cannot be held responsible for and cannot offer financial reimbursement for delays caused by factors such as traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or problems with third-party-operated equipment. Ticketed access to some of the attractions are on a first-come, first-served basis; we cannot guarantee admission and cannot issue refunds if access to any tour stop is denied for any reason.
One Day Inter Island Tours
No cancellations or refunds on Inter Island Flights. Airline fare overage fees may apply on certain flights based on availability. Airline reservation name or date changes are assessed a change fee up to $250 in addition to the fare difference per flight segment and per guest. Airline schedules and pricing are subject to change. To meet aviation security requirements, guest’s name, birthdate, and gender must be provided upon booking; and must exactly match name and birthdate on government issued photo ID or passport for airline check-in
Inter-Island Disclaimer
Tours packaged with airlines are non-refundable. Partial refunds and reschedules are not permitted. Tours that involve inter-island flights are required by Federal law to provide the Transportation Security Administration the full names, date of birth and gender of all passengers. U.S. citizens must present a current government issued pictured ID and international visitors are required to have a valid passport. Incorrect spelling of names, missing middle names or initials and wrong birthdates could result in additional airline change fees and/or denied boarding. Regrettably, we are unable to refund any portion of the tour due to non-compliance of these federal regulations.
