Is the Waikiki Trolley wheelchair accessible? Yes, but there are few places where wheelchair guests may not get on/off-board the trolley due to limited spaces.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time.
• Private Charter Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your charter. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for charters cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time.
