Important Information
Our Flamingo Activities Booth operates from 8AM to 3PM - ALL Rentals (with the exception of overnights) must be back before 5PM.
All customers renting any equipment (canoes, kayaks, etc.), must first go to the Flamingo Activities Booth to complete paperwork, collect paddles, and PFD's regardless of the location they will be using their rental.
Note:All renters 18 and older MUST show a photo ID upon check-in per Florida law

A $35 per vehicle entry fee will apply at the front gate of the National Park.
Please Remember:
The Flamingo activity booth operates from 8AM to 5:30PM - ALL Rentals (with the exception of overnights) must be back during booth hours.
Two-person canoes are already at 9 Mile Pond, no transportation fee is required for canoes to 9 Mile Pond. Kayaks will still incur a transportation fee.
All customers renting any equipment (canoes, kayaks etc), must first go to the Flamingo Marina to complete paperwork, collect paddles, life vests etc, regardless of the location they will be using their rental, before the rental can begin.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a refund, minus any FareHarbor booking fees, for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the reserved tour time. Refunds will not be granted due to weather, unless the operator has to cancel the tour due to severe weather. Contact us by phone at 855-708-2207 to cancel an existing reservation. No-shows, cancellations within 72 hours, and late arrivals will not be refunded.
