There are no refunds. You will receive either a credit or raincheck. After 15 minutes any reservation will be treated as a no show and you will be charged the full rental period charge. Any early returns will be subject to a full charge as per the rental booking. If vehicle is returned over 15 minutes late from the check-in time, reservation will be treated as late/overdue and be subject to a late/overdue return fee of $50. Any rental returns that are more than 15 minutes late/overdue may result in another rental term based on your original booking rental term.

Rental reservation maybe extended at the discretion of the Owner/Operator and availability of the vehicle if extension is requested from the Renter at least one hour before the check-in time.

Please note all of the extra/additional charges and applicable fees will be charged on the renter's credit/debit card on file.

Absolutely no refunds for inclement or undesirable weather. We will give you a rain check which means we will reschedule your reservation for the next earliest available date.
