- There is a mandatory fuel charge based on the duration of your rental.
Driver: Ages 18+ With Valid Driver's License and Accompanying Adult 21+.
Passenger: 4 Years or older (If Passenger Is Under 18, Driver Must Be Ages 25+)

Rental Agreement & Safety Video (Polaris vehicles)
Complete your rental agreement/waiver and watch our safety video the day before your ride.
- Select the date of your booking
- Make sure to select the vehicle you reserved
- List one driver and then additional participants
- All participants should watch safety video before rental (Polaris vehicles)
- Authorized guardians will need to sign for minors at time of rental
- Complete one rental agreement for each vehicle you reserved
- All drivers must present a valid license at time of rental

Accidental Damage Waiver Protection
All Polaris side-by-sides (UTV) driven by customers include premium Accidental Damage Waiver protection. If the vehicle you’re driving is accidentally damaged, a $1500 security deposit will be charged to the credit/debit card you have on file with Great Outdoors Adventures (GOA). A repair estimate will be emailed to you within 1 week. If the repair cost is less than $1500, GOA will refund you the difference. If the cost is more than $1500, our Accidental Damage Waiver protection program will pay the balance of the repairs. This protection is a benefit you receive from GOA & Polaris.

Helmets, eye protection and GPS trail maps are complimentary (Polaris vehicles).
Our staff will welcome you with a smile and provide great advice. They'll make sure your vehicle, helmets and goggles are clean before and after your ride. Please consider leaving a tip for our staff, or gratuity, to show your appreciation.
After Hours UTV Self-Return
Returning GOA vehicle after hours? Upon returning, use the following required form for EACH vehicle you rented. Remember to collect all valuables from the vehicle. Leave helmets and goggles in vehicle or lock box. Keys should be placed in the designated lock box. You are REQUIRED TO TEXT photos of ALL 4 SIDES of EACH vehicle and any damages to: +1 (719)-686-6816. Questions and additional information may be texted to the same phone number (you may not receive a response until the following day). If you need assistance after hours, send a text message to let us know what has happened. If GOA responds to assist you at your location, there will be a premium charge for service. It is your responsibility to get the vehicle back to where you rented it. Thank you for being careful!

Cancellation Policy
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. We allow one rescheduling with 24 hours notice. No-shows will be charged the full reservation price. All customers who drive vehicles are required to have a credit/debit card on file (or provide cash) in case a security deposit must be charged due to vehicle damage or other expenses. Customers who are rescheduled, will receive a refund or gift card in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
