Rental Info
- Multiple Time Slots available – call to customize your pick-up time.
- A $100 per machine, non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation.
- Renter is the Responsible Party
- Proof of Utah Education Course for each driver is MANDATORY
- Rental Vehicles are not allowed at the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. (Vehicles have GPS Tracking.)
- Upgrade to a Pro S for $50
- Client cannot tow the rental vehicle. You can either start from our office in Kanab, UT exploring the Hog Canyon Trail System and more, or we will tow to Peek-a-Boo Trailhead or Nephi Pasture Trailhead (please advise us if you will need trailering).
Important Info
UTV Participation Requirements
- Children must be 5 years old to be on the UTVs. Please ask about 4WD options for families with youngsters.
- You must be 25 years old to rent the UTV.
- You must be 21 years or older and have a current, valid driver license to drive the UTV. Anyone that does not have their Driver License with them will not be able to drive.
- Polaris requires everyone 18 years or older to bring their government issued ID with you for waiver purposes, whether you are a driver or just a rider.
- If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present in the vehicle with you.
- Helmets are required and provided, along with goggles.
- You must be able to fasten the seat belt on the machine.

Protect the Vehicle:
If your vehicle is damaged while you ride, know that your out-of-pocket costs and loss of use charges will be capped.
Protect your Liability:
If you injure another person or damage property during your ride, your rental carries liability coverage.
Protect your Group:
Accident insurance for every rider in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled tour. This gives us the opportunity to offer the tour to other guests. For these cancellations, all but $100 will be refunded. For online bookings, there is also a 6% booking fee on the sub-total which is non-refundable.
If you cancel in less than 24 hours before a scheduled tour, there will be no refund and, if necessary, the balance due will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will be refunded in full if we are not able to reschedule and agreed upon by both parties.
Kanab Tour Company reserves the right to alter, add to, substitute or cancel any tour due to Staffing, Mechanical Failure, Unsafe Weather Conditions, or as determined by Management.
