Our house menu for bookings of 3.5 hours or more, is as follows:
Fresh fruit upon boarding, fresh salsas/guacamole, and steak and chicken tacos. Vegetarian, vegan, and seafood options are available upon request, and seafood may be subject to an additional fee, depending on size of your group, availability of items requested, etc.
All charters include house open bar - Vodka, Tequila, Whiskey, Rum, Gin, Mexican beers, soft drinks/mixers, bottled water.

The easiest drop off points of references for drivers are either closest to Lorenzillo's Restaurant/UltraJewels or Agua Salada restaurant/Tesoro. Both are of equal distance to the boat just in opposite directions depending on which part of town you are coming from.
Parking: I highly suggest Puerto Paraiso parking garage, as it is safe, and a small fixed fee for up to 24 hours for about $5 USD, but they only accept pesos as payment upon exit, set aside 50-100 MXN pesos in case you stay longer than anticipated for unforeseen circumstances. It is approximately 1/4 mile walk from the Puerto Paraiso parking garage to the boat on the marina.

Dairy Queen also has great birthday ice cream cakes FYI! Be prepared to spend about 20 USD for 5 hours, or 400 MXN pesos.
Things to bring/know:
Please have your transportation scheduled to and from the boat as far in advance as possible, and account for extra time in case you can’t find an Uber, or your driver is late. We are happy to recommend a highly reliable company, just ask! Familiarize yourself with where you need to go, so you can correct your driver if needed, it’s quite a large marina, and you don’t want to risk getting dropped off on the complete opposite side; making you late for your charter.
Please arrive just 10 minutes or so prior to your departure time for an afternoon booking, or up to 30 minutes prior for a morning reservation, have your payment method ready to go upon boarding, especially if cash to the Captain. If using electronic payment, be prepared you may not have cell service on the dock, and the WiFi can take several minutes to connect, so we recommend budgeting extra time for that, or sending the balance prior to leaving your hotel/Airbnb. Your time begins at the time of your booking, so the sooner you get on board and complete payment (if any), the sooner the fun can begin! If we do not have a reservation after yours that day and you arrived late, it is at the Captain’s discretion/schedule whether or not he will respect the time.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic we encourage you to bring your own towels and snorkel equipment for both your party’s, and our staff’s safety, however we do have plenty of towels and a few snorkel sets on board to use at your own acknowledged risk
No smoking anywhere on the vessel while under way, other than the aft swim platform. Smoking in the cockpit is never permitted. Smoking on the bow is only permitted while anchored. PLEASE no cigarette butts in the ocean! Protect our sea! We reserve the right to invoice for the cost to repair any damages caused by violating our very flexible and fair rules.
Extra cash
FYI – Gratuity for the crew is not included in the price. Consider bringing extra cash for gratuity or jet ski's, parasailing etc. (gratuity is never expected, but suggested gratuity for the crew, based upon industry standards, is 15-20%, based upon service of course. Treat it as you would a restaurant is our advice. Poor service 7-10%, average satisfactory service 10-15%, exceptional service 18-25%. We are happy to accept tips for the crew via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Also, please advise if you would like to pre-pay a small tip electronically, as cash flow is often an issue on vacation).
Dramamine, if concerned with motion sickness (start taking the day before your charter every 6-12 hours so you have it in your system). If you take it on board, it’s most likely too late, and will make you tired. Please do not mix motion sickness medications with excessive alcohol consumption - our crew reserves the right to discontinue serving alcohol to any guest they deem overly intoxicated.
If granted permission, we provide complimentary professional photography that we also use for our social media accounts. The entire crew is trained to take photos on our DSLR. If we have your permission to post photos, or you agree to send us your favorite photo that we can post - we will airdrop or email them to you at the end of the charter. In exchange for the gift of complimentary photos, we kindly ask you and your party leave a review based upon your experience on GoogleMyBusiness or Tripadvisor. We are a small family business, and rely and appreciate your reviews so much!
If you wish to have your photos taken, but don’t want them posted, or don’t want to tag us, please leave a GoogleMyBusiness review before disembarkation. If you decline photography all together, please tell the staff immediately upon boarding.
If you would like your photos right away please bring your own SD card :)
We delete the photos daily from the DSLR, so please ensure that you receive them and save them before you leave, or notify us right away upon leaving the boat if you discover you didn’t receive them via email or airdrop. Since these photos are a gift, they have no monetary value - therefore if photos are not available for any reason that day that we have no control over (the camera breaks, the airdrop didn’t work, ect) there will not be any refund for that, thank you in advance for your understanding.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT ABOARD. Please check for your cell phones, wallets, ect, before you disembark.

Cancellation Policy
15 days before your charter, you can cancel without penalty in exchange for a gift card of the full amount paid. Cancellations made within 14 days results in a forfeit of the full deposit.
