Itinerary: - Check-in & Gear Fitting: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time for check-in, waiver signing, and gear fitting.

Check in Details: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to sign waivers and gear up. Closed-toe shoes with a heel strap are required. No high heels or open-toe shoes are allowed.
What to Bring: - Closed-toe shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS or open-toe shoes)
- Long pants or long shorts (avoid wearing white)
- An extra change of clothes (in case you get wet)
- Cash for gratuities
Special Requirements: - Minimum Weight: 50 lbs; maximum Weight: 250 lbs
- Not suitable for guests with neck, back, or joint issues, heart problems, recent surgeries, or pregnant women
- Guests will be weighed on-site to ensure they meet weight restrictions
- Long hair must be tied back in a ponytail or bun.
- No smoking, alcohol, or drug use is permitted before or during the tour.

ATTENTION
Must have a closed-toe shoe with heel strap. (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs.Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Cancellation Policy
Jungle Zipline WILL RUN Rain or Shine!
Weight Restriction: 50 lb-250 lb.
Must wear closed-toe shoes.
Jungle Zipline reserves the right to cancel/reschedule tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or events beyond our control. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your tour immediately.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. When we book your tour we also schedule our guides and support staff for the trip. If there are "no shows" we still incur in staffing expenses. With such "on-the-spot" notice, we are not able to fill your spot on the tour, and thus must charge the entire fee.
Rescheduling a tour, to reschedule a tour you are allowed and welcome to do it upon availability and should request 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
If you are late you will not get a refund. Your tour and guides must leave at the scheduled time. We do expect you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved tour time to sign the waiver and put on gear. Mahalo!
