Check-in for ziplining is located in Kapalua Resort at 800 Office Road, Lahaina, HI 96761.
What to Bring: - Sunglasses, sunscreen and cash Gratuity for your Zipline Guides.
Restrictions: - 250 lbs. maximum, 60 lbs miniumum & at least 4 ft. tall.
- Must be fully clothed with shoes.
- Children must be at least 10 years old on day of tour. No exceptions. Adults 18 years and older must accompany on tour children ages 10-17.

No exceptions and No refunds on the day of the tour. All guests are weighed upon check-in. Minimum weight is 60 pounds
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR TO ZIPLINE?
We zip Rain or Shine! Required: Fully closed heel and toe athletic shoes. The mountain temperatures can be a tad cooler, so dress accordingly. No backpacks or fanny packs.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO WHILE ZIPLINING?
Cameras and cell phones are not recommended while ziplining due to the extreme heights and potential rainfall. A custom photo package of each tour is provided by the guides and may be viewed prior to purchase. We are unable to retrieve lost items if they fall into the 200 foot valley floor.
CAN I RENT A GO-PRO?
Kapalua Ziplines rents Go-Pro cameras and will provide instructions.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ZIPLINING?
Children must be at least 10 years old on day of tour. No exceptions. Adults 18 years and older must accompany on tour children ages 10-17.
ARE THERE HEALTH RESTRICTIONS ?
This is an outdoor activity, so guests allergic to insect stings should bring appropriate medication. Ziplining guests must be comfortable walking on uneven dirt terrain and stairs, be able to stand up for two hours, and carry 14 pounds. Ziplining guests must not be pregnant or have heart conditions. Guests with current injuries that have not healed or for which their physician has not released them from medical care should not zip. Also, guests must not have had any surgical procedure in the last twelve (12) months from which they have not fully recovered without any significant limitations on their physical activities. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to zipline and will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
– For a 100% refund, cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour time.
– If you need to cancel due to illness or medical emergency, we require a doctor’s note from a local Maui doctor/clinic in order to process a full refund.
– Our tours run RAIN or SHINE. We do not refund for inclement weather, however, we do provide rain jackets when needed.
– We will cancel tours in the event of extreme high winds, thunder and lightning.
