Stock Island Yacht Club 6000 peninsular ave key west fl 33040. Upon arrival approach the white gate (you have to get close to the gate) and it will automatically open. Once inside the gate make a right hand turn and go to the southwestern end of marina. Call us upon arrival 305-587-3499 and we will assist with directions.

When pulling into the entrance take your first right and go all the way to the end of the road, unload your belongings next to the boats on the floating docks. Park near the tiki hut where the kayaks and paddleboards are located. Please call us as you are arriving.

RENTALS:
The person driving the boat will be the one that fills out the paperwork. They must have a valid photo ID card with them at time of the rental. If born 1988 or later the driver must have a boaters license. The driver must remain sober, no driving under the influence.
For fishing licenses call 1-888-347-4356 or visit www.myfwc.com. We provide fishing poles for rental only, we do not provide bait or tackle. There is a West Marine on the way to the marina that supplies these items.
If you would like any rental equipment (snorkels, fishing rods, etc.) please pre-order it before you arrive to our marina.
Please respect the boat. Keep gear organized and try not to lose items (the renter is financially responsible for lost or damaged articles). If the boat is returned in a state where excessive cleaning is necessary, a cleaning fee may be charged.
The electronics (stereo and gps/depth finder) are a bonus to the rental. These are not amenities that the entire rental is to be based around. If one of these malfunction, it will not be a reason for cancellation or refund of the rental. It is recommended that you download the Google Maps satellite imagery or another navigational app onto your phone as a backup navigational tool. Electronics malfunction or improper use will not be used as an excuse for any damage caused to the vessel. The renter is financially responsible for any damage that results from direct operator error. The renter is expected to have prior boat operating experience and accept the risk of operating the vessel.
All customers are welcome to use the Harbour or hotel facilities (showers, pool, restaurant) before or after the rental.

CHARTERS:
Please contact us as you are arriving. The captain will load the boat 10 minutes prior to the reservation time.
All trips are based around the weather and ran accordingly. We use multiple snorkel spots when running trips, no specific spot is guaranteed. If you choose lobstering or spearfishing as one of your activities, prior snorkeling experience is mandatory. The captain is not required to get in the water and assist you with these activities (however most of the time they do), but they will provide instructions on the proper techniques. There is no guarantee that you will catch anything, due to the fact that these activities revolve around nature. Spearfishing requires visibility of atleast 10-15ft, if the visibility is poor another activity may be substituted for spearfishing. The customer participates in all activities at their own risk. Dolphin sightings are not guaranteed. Snorkeling visibility varies with weather conditions, clear water is not guaranteed. No alcohol consumption before water activities please.

We provide coolers with ice and bottled water, all equipment, and licenses.
If you had a good time and feel the captain did a satisfactory job, it is customary to tip them a 15-20% gratuity at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Single day renters will receive a full refund with one week (7 days) or more notice of cancellation. Multi day renters will receive a full refund with two weeks (14 days) or more notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be done through email or text message, and confirmed with a response from a staff member. Cancellations without stated prior notices will be charged In full.
