Please Note:
It is your responsibility to ensure your rental neighborhood allows golf carts and you have an ample charging outlet. GVIR requires you to check with your property manager before confirming your reservation. GVIR will provide you with a longer extension cord for charging. The golf cart will need to be charged overnight, no exceptions and we always recommend that you charge it when not in use. Carts with less <50% charged should not be relied upon and need immediate charging.
All Golf Carts Must be at a full charge upon pick up. Golf Cart pick ups are anywhere between 10am and 12pm depending on what you and the office agree on. If the golf carts are not close to a full charge, Good Vibes Island Rides will charge the card on file a $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellation requests made within 10 calendar days of the start date will not be refunded. Cancellation requests made 10+ days prior to the start date, regardless of the reason, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to offset the loss GVIR incurs on processing fees for reservations already placed. If you paid the balance in full upon reserving a golf cart, GVIR will deduct 30% of the balance paid.
