Check in Details: Each rental begins with a full tank of gas. The renter is responsible for topping off the gas when returning the vehicle. If brought back below full. We will charge you to fill up the tank based on todays gas prices.
All participants must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to booking time for a safety briefing and signing of paperwork.

Special Requirements: Driver Requirements
You must be 21 years or older to rent & operate and have a valid driver's license. Your license must be presented at the time of rental. No exceptions. If you are unable to present your driver's license on the day of your rental, you will not be permitted to operate the vehicle and your rental fee will be forfeited.
Passenger Requirements
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Passengers are not permitted to drive.
Passengers must be at least 3 years old.
Extras: Do I need to put down a deposit?
-Yes. We require a $1,000 deposit for Full day and Half day rentals. We require a $2,500 deposit for anything longer than a full days rental. We accept all major credit cards.
Do I have to pay for the day use at barnwell mountain?
Yes. Barnwell Mountain will have its own day passes for members and non members. They will also have their own waiver for you to sign at the office.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
You must be 21 or older to drive or to sign the rental agreement.
A person may only drive if he or she is disclosed on the rental agreement.
Passengers must be at least 10 years old.
When does my rental time begin?
The rental period begins at the time you reserve. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation in order to complete waivers and checkout.
If you arrive at our office 30 minutes before your reservation time and leave after the scheduled time because of a hold up on our end, your time begins when you leave.
If you leave late because you did not arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time or if your group is late, your rental time begins at your reservation time.
Disclaimers: *Note: Barnwell is open from noon Thursdays until 10:00PM and 8:00AM on Fridays
and Saturdays until midnight. Sundays from 8:00am until 6:00PM except for extended
holiday weekends.

Health and safety policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if we feel there is a risk of safety.
You are not permitted to consume or possess alcohol or drugs before or during your use of our equipment.
Seat belts must be worn at all times by all occupants of the UTV.
UTV participants, especially minors, are strongly advised to wear helmets. Helmets are provided with the rental of all UTVs.
When driving a UTV, observe the speed limit on the streets and watch your speed in the off-road area.
When driving a UTV, do not attempt aggressive maneuvers such as jumping, drifting, doing donuts, or racing. Always keep all four wheels on the ground.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations without a 72-hour notice are non-refundable.
