Description: Day Tripping Single Kayak Options:
- Day Tripping Single (w/ Rudder) up to 5,4 max of 140lbs
- Day Tripping Single (w/ Rudder) up 5,10 max of 195lbs
- Day Tripping Single (w/ Rudder) up 6,4 max of 260lbs 

Our Day tripping single kayaks are 14 ft to 15.5ft  with a rudder, these singles are great for shore line paddling and give you the versatility to do short crossings to your favorite island.  Their length make them ideal to explore the Comox estuary or to rent for multi-day use if you are staying at an Airbnb with water access.  This kayak can also be used for an overnight trip to your favorite island for a spontaneous get away. The rental includes transport Canada required equipment, (PFD with Whistle, 1 Paddle, pump, throw bag).  Other gear such as a sprayskirt and paddle float can be added for no extra charge.

Our Day tripping double kayaks are 17.5ft  with a rudder, these double kayaks are great for shore line paddling and give you the versatility to do short crossings to your favorite island.  Their length make them ideal to explore the Comox estuary or to rent for multi-day use if you are staying at an Airbnb with water access.   This kayak can also be used for an overnight trip to your favorite island for a spontaneous get away. Recreational Single Kayak

Our recreational single kayaks are 12ft to 13ft  without a rudder, these singles are great for shore line paddling or to rent for multi-day use if you are staying at an Airbnb or a lodge with water access. The rental includes transport Canada required equipment, (PFD with Whistle, 1 Paddle, pump, throw bag).

Recreational Single
- Recreational Single (Sit-On-Top)max of 300lbs

Our recreational single sit on top kayaks are 9ft to 11ft  without a rudder, these singles are great for shore line paddling on protected waters or to rent for multi-day use if you are staying at an Airbnb or a lodge with water access. Want to bring your pup along with you? This is the boat where pups up to 50lbs can tag along. The rental includes transport Canada required equipment, (PFD with Whistle, Paddle, throw bag).

Recreational Double
- Recreational Double (Sit-On-Top) up to 2 pll max of 560lbs

Our recreational double sit on top kayaks are 11ft  without a rudder, these doubles are great for shore line paddling on protected waters or to rent for multi-day use if you are staying at an Airbnb or a lodge with water access. Want to be on the water with your grandkids? This boat will allow for 2 adults and a child up to 50lbs. The rental includes transport Canada required equipment, (PFDs with Whistle,  Paddles, throw bag).

Single Canoe
- Single Canoe max of 650lbs

Our single canoes are great for when you are doing a solo excursion or if your canoe group has an odd number of paddlers. 

Tandem Canoes
- Tandem Canoes 2 ppl max of 900lbs

Heading out to do the epic Sayward Canoe Loop? Our canoes are tripping style canoes that are easy to maneuver and are designed to track well in a straight line.  

SUP
- SUP 1 person max of 250lbs

Our Stand Up Paddle Boards are rigid style and are great for relaxing on the water on a beautiful day.  We also have SUPs designed for touring and longer excursions, so if you are up for an epic adventure on a paddle board we have got you covered.

Touring Kayaks Options:
- Touring singles kayak small  - up to 5,6 max of 170 lbs
- Touring single kayak Medium - up 6,4 max of 220lbs
- Touring single kayak Large - up 6,4 max of 250lbs
Touring doubles kayak - 2ppl up to 500lbs

Our touring single fleet is made up of high performance sea kayak brands such as Nimbus, Current Designs and Delta kayaks.  These kayaks will carry you and your gear easily on an extended excursion along BC’s beautiful coastlines.  We also know that these performance kayaks feel very different in the water and sometimes performance on short excursion is preferred.  Feel free to request these performance kayaks for hourly rentals too.
Rentals include transport Canada required equipment, (PFD with Whistle, 1 paddle, pump, throw bag), and we add a spare paddle, sprayskirt, paddle float for solo rescue for multi-day excursions.
