First, we want to say thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your vacation. We are very excited and honored to have you join us on this adventure that you will never forget! To prepare you for your charter, we recommend reading the information below and keeping a copy with you when you head our way for easy reference. You can also find this information HERE.
Passports
You will need to send us a picture of each passenger's passport a minimum of 48hrs prior to your departure. You must bring the physical document on the day of your excursion. Passport cards are also accepted.

- Full-Day Jost Only Charters Begin at 9:00 AM
- Full-Day BVI Charters Begin at 8:30 AM

PARTICIPATION WAIVER:
Prior to your charter we highly recommend reading and signing our online waiver so that you do not have to do this on the day of your charter which delays departure. The online waiver can be found online from any device using the link above. Note that all guests must have completed the release prior to departing the marina.
BOAT CHARTER MEETING DIRECTIONS:
For Local and Resort Guests:
Unless you have requested a pick up at your resort or another marina, your captain will meet you at the docks of Compass Point Marina on the East End of St. Thomas. The captain will then escort you to the Bama Breeze. https://maps.app.goo.gl/LYPfirBKPAhUty8b6 (Pin to marina)

YOUR CHARTER INCLUDES:
- Use of sanitized snorkeling equipment. (Note that you may bring your own gear if desired)
- Use of inflatables, rafts, and swim aids
- USCG approved Personal Flotation Devices (required for guests aged 14 and under, optional for others).
- USCG Licensed Captain & Crew (gratuity not included)
- Cooler filled with water, soft drinks, and light snacks. (plenty of room to fill with additional items you bring on board)
Not Included:
- BVI Customs Fees: $85 per person (CASH ONLY)
- Fuel Surcharge: Based on usage on day of charter. All pickups from St. John are subject to fuel usage once the captain leaves our slip. Please call for details.
- Cash for incidentals
- Gratuity for Captain & Crew (typically 20% of Charter Rate)
Add On Items:
- Additional Time (available in 1-hour increments with a maximum of 3 additional hours per charter).
- Domestic Beer ($20 per 6-pack)
- Local Beer & Seltzer ($20 per 6-pack)
We advise each guest to bring along some cash for incidentals, snacks, drinks, and other items as we will routinely stop at beaches that offer items for sale.
Note: Gratuities for Captain and Crew (Although a gratuity is not mandatory, it is customary in the United States and its territories to tip 20% of the total charter costs which is paid to the Captain who will distribute to the crew for a job well done).

Cancellation Policy
Policy for 2024/2025 Season
Cancel or Reschedule anytime up to 48 hours prior to charter start without penalty.
If you are a cruise ship passenger and the ship's port of call is canceled or changed, you will receive a full refund, just send us the documentation via email.
If we cancel the tour due to weather, sea conditions or equipment issues your charter will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.
You will NOT receive a refund if you fail to show for your activity or if canceled with less than 48 hours until the scheduled start of your activity. Be sure to review the instructions on where to meet. Instructions are also available on our website on the frequently asked questions page https://bamabreezevi.com/faq/. Feel free to contact us to confirm and assist you with coordination if needed.
Note that If you're running late, please call us prior to the start time. We will wait for you. It is your charter time and we are there to provide the services you paid for. However, the time lost due to a party's late arrival is not refundable and no credit can be given.
Although very seldom, occasionally things like equipment issues, crew sickness, reservation technical issues or other situations arise which typically would force cancellation of a scheduled charter. However, BamaBreeze Charters, LLC has established procedures and agreements with other highly rated tour operators in the area to respond. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to re-book the impacted charters through these approved providers and not cause a cancellation of your plans. If successful, your charter time and activities will not be canceled but the charter will be provided by the alliance partner at no additional cost to you and the provider will provide comparable level services as part of our agreements with the approved the tour operators.
Refunds are processed by a third party. Processing time varies by the banking institution. Please allow 3-10 days for funds to be returned to the method of payment provided at the time of booking.
