Cancellations:
8 days or more before rental - 100% refundable, 7 days or less before rental: 50% refundable, 24 hrs or less - 0% refundable.

Large Group Rentals, i.e., 15+ pieces and accessories: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking. Remainder due prior to or on date/time of event.

Inclement Weather:
Rain, alone, is not considered inclement weather. Conditions where lightning is present are considered to be inclement weather. Sustained high winds (15 mph +) may be considered to be inclement weather. In the event of windy conditions, we may offer a downwind pickup and shuttle back to our parking area at no additional charge, if conditions are appropriate. In the event of inclement weather, Dig Paddlesports will issue a full rain check credit to be used within one year of the date of the originally-booked activity.
