All pick up from the Airport will be on the first floor.
As the security at the airport is strict due to safety reasons, we are only able to stand-by for a moment at certain pick up points. Please contact us from the complimentary phone in the terminal or at (808)260-9766, once you have all your luggage and is ready for pick up.
**ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS ( HAWAIIAN AIRLINES included ), please cross the street to the median strip directly from your customs exit.
*Hawaiian Airlines; flown from other states and inter-island (Non-International flights) from baggage claim 6-11, please exit the doors and turn to the right by proceeding to the 2 white umbrellas by the smoking area.
If you flew INTERNATIONALLY by Hawaiian Airlines, please follow the international flight direction above.
**Airlines such as United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Alaska Airlines, any airline that will have the baggage claim area 18-31, please proceed to baggage claim 19/20 then cross the street to the median strip.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds are only processed 48-hours before booking date. All Deposits are NON-refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agree date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00 Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited.
