Please reviews these service terms carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. Waiting time and additional stops are not included. This is an estimate of the rate based on the information provided at the time of your reservation request. Car seats available upon request for an additional price All after trips between 10pm and 0600 will have an additional charge of $35 per hour required to complete service. The rate quoted does not include any additional stops or wait time. After 15 minute grace period for wait time the service will be charged on an hourly basis. Please wear masks or face coverings while inside vehicle at all times. All deposits are NON refundable. Cloud Getaways, LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $350.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 275.00 Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all our limousines and the driver dont have the discretion for this. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays for bad weather conditions (ie. storms, flood, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Every cancellation will have a cancellation fee. Failure to provide payment for services rendered will be treated as a breach of contract.
