Oooh you're in a for a treat with the re-Alaskation spa box! As all items are made in Alaska and some by hand, we ask for 2-3 weeks to ensure the highest quality products are sent to you.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the seasonal boxes, we cannot accept returns. If you would like to cancel your annual subscription, you must do so before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following seasonal box. You will be notified prior to the next billing date.
There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
