Note, The day you book is the Alcatraz Tour
• Alcatraz Tour starting time: This will be sent to you 4 days prior to the reservation date; Typically it is a morning departure time.
• Bike rental will be booked for the same day of the Alcatraz tour. Call us if you want to do it on a different day.
• We take a monetary authorization on all rentals, starting at $500 per Ebike. The authorized amount is held until we have the safe return of all rental equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All Alcatraz packages are non-refundable once booked.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
• Cancellations and no-shows for Alcatraz Packages are non-refundable. Reservation no shows are charged in full.
Changed Reservation Dates Policy:
• Alcatraz trips cannot be modified in anyway. Bike Tour date and times may be re-scheduled as desired by contacting the Reservation desk but are non-refundable.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
• FOR ALCATRAZ: Please arrive at Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure date and time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your trip. Bring ID
• FOR BIKE TOUR: Please arrive at 2661 Taylor St, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure date and time. Bring Credit Card and ID.
• It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once.
