Description: - This is a defensive firearms training class and is specifically designed for the beginning shooter. With all handgun provided, it allows students to try various handguns under the supervision of knowledgeable instructors.
- Class will start in Orange and finish after 3 p.m. at the Burro Canyon Range (Azusa).

We will meet at AllSafe Defense Systems location.
Around 10 a.m., we will proceed to the Burro Canyon Shooting Park. The range requires shooters to log in and fill out an online waiver each year. Please go to this link to complete that before you come to class.

Otherwise, the sign-in process at the range is very cumbersome.
The live-fire portion of your training will conclude at the range around 3 p.m. I will provide maps to the range at the conclusion of the classroom session.
I will be providing the use of my firearms at no charge. Ammo is included.
I will need you to bring the following:
- Eye protection (any glasses)
- Hat
- Grubby clothing appropriate for current weather conditions.
- Lunch (or something to munch. We may not be finished until 3 p.m.)
- Water (NO alcoholic beverages!)
- Chair (folding lawn chair)
- Toiletries ("Handy-wipes")
Once you have completed the AllSafe Basic Handgun course, you may return again and again to test your abilities with the AllSafe Challenge or come back and shoot the weekend live-fire session of the Basic course without the morning Orientation session.
