Thank you for booking the Altamar 50 with us, we are very excited to have you as our guest.

Please make sure Everyone Over 18 years old sign the waiver sent here, renters will have to sign waiver before leaving with the boat.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your rental time to allow us to do the introduction to the boat and sign the Boat Charter Agreement with the captain and take care of any extra balances you may have, along with the $100 Security Deposit on your Credit/Debit Card.

You can park outside depending on spots availability (park at your own risk), payment might be necessary in some places.

When arriving to the marina come in through the gates we will be waiting inside for you, for any additional information call 7867016078 EXT 0, and we will gladly assist you.

Rules on the Boat:
a. Do not get in with shoes.
b. Do not get inside the cabin wet or with shoes.
c. Do not throw paper or anything else in the Toilet. ($50 Charge for unclogging the toilet)
d. Please do not smoke inside the cabin.
e. Please follow all the captain's rules while on the boat.
- We will put a hold on a Credit Card for $100 to cover any expenses you may incur while on your trip, this hold release automatically 24 hrs after your rental is done.
Following these rules will make it easier and faster for us to have the boat ready for you and the next guess and make sure everyone enjoys the stay.
Weather
Please do not assume your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather conditions, always show up to your reservation unless you hear otherwise from us, we will make a decision about weather at the marina.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations or Reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip. To cancel, please send an email to info@bruschiboatrental.com and await a response from our team. Sending the email does not guarantee an automatic cancellation. Phone calls or text messages will not be considered valid methods for cancellation.
If your reservation was done through a third party site like TripAdvisor, Viator, Get Your Guide, you need to cancel with them directly, we do not have access to cancel these reservations.
Refunds: For cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before your rental day, a full refund will be provided. No refunds, reschedules, or cancellations will be permitted within 24 hours of your rental time.
Operator Cancellation In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to an operator cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-shows: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled rental will be charged the full price. No refunds will be allowed for no-shows.
