Description: Become a Belle of Louisville Riverboats Annual Passholder today and help us continue our preservation and restoration efforts and expand our educational programming year-round! As a non-profit steward of two National Historic Landmarks, the Belle of Louisville and the Mayor Andrew Broaddus, a pass purchase supports our mission of connecting the community to the river through meaningful, on-the-water experiences.

Thank you for purchasing a Belle of Louisville Riverboats Annual Pass, good for unlimited Leisure Cruises on the Belle of Louisville and Mary M. Miller riverboats!
Your unique member ID is located at the top of this email, directly underneath your contact information.
IMPORTANT: Please save this member ID number as you will need to use it each time you book a cruise.
Annual Passholder Benefits:
- Four (4) tickets, (passholder and three (3) guests), to enjoy unlimited Leisure Cruises throughout the season.
- 30% discount on meal cruise tickets (passholder and up to three (3) guests).
- 10% discount on special events and other cruises not included with your membership.
- 10% discount on additional tickets beyond the three (3) guests covered by the Annual Pass.
- 20% discount on all souvenir and retail purchases, onboard and in our gift shop. Must identify as a Passholder to receive the discount.
- 20% discount on purchases made on our webstore https://shopbelleoflou.com/. Use the discount code MEMBER at checkout.
- Free popcorn onboard for passholder and up to three (3) guests during each cruise you book.
Passholder Basics:
- Reservations are required! Please book well in advance, as most cruises sell out.
- Cancellations are requested! If you need to cancel or reduce the number of your reservation please notify our Ticket Office at 502-574-2992, option 3, as soon as possible. This not only allows individuals from the waiting list to enjoy the cruise, it also ensures the health of the Annual Pass program. Unused reservations jeopardize the viability of the Annual Pass program.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your cruise time for boarding. Cruise departures are on a strict schedule. Belle of Louisville Riverboats will not be responsible for cruise reservations missed due to traffic, parking, illness etc.
- Annual Pass purchases are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Credit card charges will appear on your statement as “FH* Belle of Louisvill”.
How do I book a cruise?

Book online by visiting https://www.belleoflouisville.org/annual-pass/ and scroll to the red button “Explore Cruises Included with Your Annual Pass”. Click the “Are you a member?” hyperlink and input your member ID. This link is located above the area where you select the number of tickets you want to reserve (see below).

Book over the phone by calling our Ticket Office at 502-574-2992, and select option 3 to speak with our Guest Operations Team, and please leave a message if our staff are unable to pick up.. Be sure to have your member ID available.
Get Ready to Cruise!
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your cruise time for boarding. Cruise departures are on a strict schedule. Belle of Louisville Riverboats will not be responsible for cruise reservations missed due to traffic, parking, illness etc.
- Upon boarding, you will receive an envelope containing your passholder stickers. Please wear these to obtain your onboard passholder benefits.
- Please make our staff aware if you have accessibility needs in your party. Wheelchair accessibility is limited to the Ballroom Deck on the Belle of Louisville and the Main Deck on the Mary M. Miller.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard.
Parking:
Although the Belle does not have a dedicated lot, there are options close by:
· The Blue Wharf Lot is operated by PARC and located at 131 West River Road. You can prepay for parking by clicking the active link in your confirmation of reservation email . Payment can also be made day-of at the blue and yellow Pay Station along the wharf. (If you prepay for parking, there is no need to visit the Pay Station on the day of your cruise.)
· The Riverfront Garage is located at 141 North Sixth Street.
Homeland Security:
Per Coast Guard regulations, the following items are not allowed onboard: weapons, illegal drugs, mace, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans or coolers.
Prior to boarding, Belle of Louisville Riverboats conducts a bag check of each passenger and reserves the right to wand guests to detect metal objects and ensure the safety of all passengers.

Cancellation Policy
Annual Pass purchase is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Annual Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
