Special Requirements: - All renters must be 18 years or older.
- Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age.
- Rentals are inspected before and after rental period.
- Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs.
- All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability waiver.
- BJM Rentals LLC reserving the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enough for certain rentals.
- All renters must have valid photo ID.
- No splashing or reckless driving will be permitted.
- Reservation deposit non-refundable unless cancelled 48 hour prior, or if weather does not permit watersport activities.
- All drivers born after January 1, 1988 must take and pass a 25 question Florida temporary boater test. Test is $9.99

All JET SKI participants MUST complete the boater's test on our [website] (https://www.bjmrentals.com/) prior to their arrival and provide proof of completion upon arrival. The test is $9.99.
*** They must also complete and sign this liability waiver to present upon arrival.. Additionally, all participants MUST bring a valid form of ID.
Passenger fee of $20 additional is paid upon arrival
***METHOD OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED : Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Applepay.
Depart at scheduled time. Any late arrivals, No Shows, or change in amount of jet skis reserved will NOT be refunded. If you wish to re schedule or cancel your reservation please call in advance (48 hours). If not reservation deposit will not be refunded, and no re-scheduling allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Clients who make a reservation the same day accept that there are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RE-SCHEDULING. A new reservation must be made, and paid. This policy applies to all of our services
We will communicate with all our customers providing a rescheduling opportunity. A full refund will be issued if customer can not reschedule. In the event that there is just a small passing shower or light rain, we will wait 15 minutes. If rain stops we will commence activity as scheduled.
