Please plan to be at the Kailua-Kona Pier located near the Marriott Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel 15 min prior to departure.
The address for the pier is Kaahumanu Pl, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. The best place to park is paid parking at the Marriott Hotel 75-5660 Palani Rd, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Do not forget to ask us how you can have your parking validated.
Please bring whatever food or drink you would like to have onboard.

Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
