Important Information
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. The tour starts promptly at the start time. If you are running late you are welcome to join the tour in progress. We do not make up tastings due to tardiness.
- Dress for the weather. Tour is rain or shine and is only cancelled in the event of a heavy downpour. In the event the tour is cancelled due to weather we will reach out to you via phone an hour before the tour.
- Your tour guide will meet you inside the main food hall near Little Tart Bakeshop. Your guide will be wearing a brown messenger bag with our logo.
-Please remember to tip your tour guide (they have Venmo and Cash apps for your convenience)
-We recommend free on-street parking along Lake Ave. Our tour ends at the corner of Lake Ave and Austin Ave so anywhere along Lake works. Even if it's a longer walk to Krog Street Market it will be a shorter walk to your car at the end. - DO NOT PARK in the surface lot of Krog Street Market. They have a strict two-hour time limit and will boot you.
Cancellation Policy
You can rebook your tour or cancel for a refund of the ticket price up to 48 hours before the tour begins. We do not refund ticketing fees. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. We get charged by credit card companies for all transactions and this covers our refund costs.
If you would like to rebook within the 48 hours before the tour we will charge a 30% rebooking fee.
No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the tour, regardless of reason, unless you purchased our trip insurance.
