REQUIREMENTS:
• Driver must have a valid driver's license or permit (must present it physically at check in time).
• ATV passenger must present a valid photo ID, driver's license or passport at check in process for proof of age.
• Driver and passenger minimum age of 16 y.o.
• ATV Driver and passenger minimum height of 60 inches tall.
• 485 lbs. combined weight limit for each ATV.
• Participants with 18 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
• Closed shoes and long pants.
• Pregnant women cannot participate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For security purposes, as part of the reservation and payment verification process it is required to sign and complete the Waiver. This process requires to upload and submit a photo of the cardholder's ID. This process must be complete within 2 hours after the reservation has been completed in order to keep the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be entitled to cancellation without prior notice and the spaces will be released. The company will not be responsible for the loss of spaces of said reservation due to non-compliance with the payment verification process.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Minimum required to start operations. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough participants to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Location of meeting point will be provided and send separately once the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process.
• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the time the reservation was completed and received in our system to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date or time for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
