Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received a minimum of 72 hours in advance to be considered for a refund. We do not offers refunds for weather related reasons such as rain, wind, too cold, too hot, tropical depressions, tropical storms, hurricanes or evacuations due to tropical events. All cancellations received prior to delivery day are subject to a minimum of 10%, once the payment has been processed. All cancellation requests received 48 hours before the delivery day will be charged for the minimal rental period.
