Pets are not permitted on our tour boats. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted.

Please arrive and check in at the Flamingo Marina Activities Booth at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure time
Don’t forget:
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Sunglasses / hat
- Rain gear (such as a poncho) is recommended for days when rainy weather is expected.
Please check in at the Flamingo Marina Activity Booth at least 30 minutes early to collect your stamps. You will not be able to board without this. Trips leave at the scheduled departure, so it is very important to be on time!
A $35 per vehicle entry fee will apply at the front gate of the National Park.

Make sure to keep the park pass you purchase at the front gate. It is valid for 7 days and will grant you entry to the Gulf Coast Visitor Area in Everglades City.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a refund, minus any FareHarbor booking fees, for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reserved tour time. Refunds will not be granted due to weather, unless the operator has to cancel the tour due to severe weather. Contact us by phone at 855-708-2207 to cancel an existing reservation. No-shows, cancellations within 72 hours, and late arrivals will not be refunded.
