Private Charter Base Rate: $4,875 (equivalent to 25 passengers)
Additional Passengers: $195 per person (up to 30 passengers per charter)
Please Note: there is a minimum of 25 guests or the equivalent payment ($4,875), if you have fewer than 25 guests in your party, required for this private charter. Any additional guests will be $195 per person.

Please Note: we can accommodate other departure times, as long as we are back by 5pm to get through customs so the latest pickup within this itinerary is 9am from St. John and 8:45am from St. Thomas. Please call our office to discuss adjusting your departure time after you complete your reservation.
The Boat
Bad Kitty and Bad Kitty 2 are 49′ wave-piercing power catamarans built to provide speed, comfort, and your choice of sun or shade. Their design provides the smoothest ride possible. Enjoy the comfortable ride on the top sun deck or open stern seating. You will find plenty of seating and tables, room for storage, and an electric marine head (toilet). The boat is equipped with a freshwater hose for rinsing off and a stern stairway providing easy access in and out of the water.

- Stt Thomas pick up fee is $120 for 8 people and $5 per person after 8, paid to American Yacht Harbor
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Copies of all guest's passport photo pages must be sent to info@calypsovi.com no later than 72 hours before the charter. All passport information needs to be legible, with no glare. We are now required by the US and BVI customs and border control to pre-clear all guests in and out, before the start of the charter. If passports are not sent out 72 hours or more before the charter a $25 fee will be added for each passport missing. This process helps to expedite custom wait times. If we fail to provide what is needed it can cause longer customs wait times, refusal of personal entry, and entire vessel refusal. It is very important to read all booking details along with the entirety of your booking confirmation.
The person who books the charter is responsible for sending in ALL passports for their party. Emails need to be labeled as such

If not sent more than 72hrs before the Charter date you will be charged $25 dollars per missing passport. ALL passports must be sent from the email provided to us on the reservation. Please have ALL passports in ONE FILE OR EMAIL.
- Plan ahead and schedule a taxi or allow time for parking, etc.!
- Bring sunscreen ( no spray on sunscreen please), towels, and lunch money
- Bring Valid passports for each person in your party
- Bring $85 per person CASH for BVI Customs
Cancellation Policy
Public Trips
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. No refund, if canceling within the 48 hours. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Private Charters
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 30 days notice of cancellation. No refund, if canceling within the 30 days. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. There is a $100 fee for rebooking.
Cat 5 and TropiCat Charters
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation. No refund, if canceling within the 7 days. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. There is a $100 fee for rebooking.
No-Show & Failure to provide necessary travel documents
No refund for No-Shows and you are also responsible for all necessary travel documents or you will be denied onto the boat.
