- ID and credit card must match the name on the reservation. Credit/Debit card must be signed. ID will be checked upon arrival, information will be recorded, and a picture will be taken.

Note: After selecting the first person, you'll be able to add additional persons to your raft.

Note: 4 person maximum per Raft:
There is a maximum of (2) two full-sized adults per raft. May add up to 2 small children or 1 small adult.

Inclusions:
- All necessary equipment (lifejackets available upon request via calling or email).
Cruise Ship Guests: the meeting location is at the Ocho Rios Bay marina, a short walk from the cruise ship piers.
From the Bay Beach Pier: exit the pier gates, turn left, then turn left to walk 3 minutes down the road. The marina is at the dead-end of the road.
From Fishing Village Pier: exit the gates, turn left down the side walk. Follow the sidewalk down the road, around the corner, and keep walking straight until you reach the marina gates. It's about a 15 minute walk.
What To Expect
Your island adventure starts when arrive at Splash Time . You'll travel in a vehicle through town for a glimpse of Jamaica beyond the resorts until you reach the rafting location.
About
Bamboo Rafting is a refreshing river adventure surrounded by trees filled with beautiful birds, and exotic flowers, creating a romantic environment as you float in the cool glistening fresh waters
Once you are on the raft, there is a stop at the end of the river on a beach where you can swim, buy refreshments or souvenirs.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
How to Cancel a Reservation:
- We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to two business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / text / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.
- All cancellations & change requests must be made directly with Splash Time by emailing a cancellation request and booking number to Info@Splash876.com
- Reservations will be refunded using the original method of payment. For refunds processed by electronic transfer, any associated electronic transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
REFUNDS:
Charters & Party Boats:
- Changes are not allowed 72 hours before your reservation start time.
- Deposits are 100% non-refundable.
- Additional payments may be refunded if cancelled 24 hours of transaction.
- Guests who book within 24 hours of their trip have one (1) hour after booking to cancel for a full refund.
- No-shows and late reschedules (less than 24 hours notice) will forfeit the amount prepaid for your reservation.
- Arriving 15 minutes or more late without calling to obtain prior consent constitutes a NO-SHOW and will not be refunded.
Tours & Attractions:
- Deposits are deducted from the total and are 100% refundable and/or can be applied to a new date if canceled 24 of reservation.
- Guests who book within 24 hours of their activity have one (1) hour after booking to cancel for a full refund.
- No-shows and late reschedules (less than 24 hours notice) will forfeit the amount prepaid for your reservation.
- Arriving late without calling to obtain prior consent constitutes a NO-SHOW and will not be refunded.
Weather:
- If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during any activity, we may cancel the experience.
- Weather cancellations are at Splash Time’s discretion.
- In the rare event your experience is cancelled, you can reschedule or receive a refund minus the cost of any special/customized orders and $35US or $5,000J for cost of party supplies (i.e., ice, rum punch, ect.)
