We will bring your equipment rental to your vacation rental home, personal home, or to any bicycle trails in Marion, Citrus or Levy County.
Hours of Operation
Summer Hours (April 1st- September 30th)
8 AM to 8 PM
We only book at the top of the hour and the bottom of the hour. The last 5 hour rental time we will allow for launch is 2:30 PM. We are willing to allow our customers to book a rental at 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00 for the 5 hour rental fee knowing they must be back by 7:30 PM.
Winter Hours (October 1st- March 31st)
8 AM to 6 PM
We only book at the top of the hour and the bottom of the hour. The last 5 hour rental time we will allow for launch is 12:30 PM. We are willing to allow our customers to book a rental at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30 and 3:00 for the 5 hour rental fee knowing they must be back by 7:30 PM.

**Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your launch time!
**WAIVER
Please make sure every adult in your party has read and electronically signed the waiver for Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals before using any of the above equipment. You may share the waiver link for your convenience with other adults in your party.
**WATER ACCESS
Unless another address is provided below under "additional notes" your equipment will be delivered to the KP Hole Park: 9435 SW 190TH Ave Rd Dunnellon, Fl 34432. Please Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time allowing time to park and pay the $7 entry fee per person. Mention that you have a reservation with "River Rat Rentals" They will direct you to the launching area. (Stand by the palm tree that has sunglasses all over it)
**ACCEPTABLE CONTAINERS
Tupperware, Rubbermaid or thermos. Unlawful containers include: paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins and towels.
**WEATHER
Weather is unpredictable. If bad weather occurs during your river rental experience it does not permit for a refund or a reschedule. WEATHER
**LATE FEES
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your launch time. We can not allow tardiness in the launching area due to congestion. Being late to launch will be considered a "no show". If you arrive later than expected and want us to return and the equipment is still available there will be a $15 relaunch fee. Also, this is a 5 hour rental and for every 15 minutes that you are late returning past the hour due there will be a $5 fee per equipment you have in your party.
**EQUIPMENT
If you or anyone in your party damages the rental equipment the credit card on file will be charged for the damages to be fixed or replaced.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
By making this booking, I acknowledged that I am willingly giving my credit card number over the phone to manually input my payment information for services from Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals. I also waive my right to do a charge back on the credit card I provided..
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your booking. Funds will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule outside of the 24 hour period. All funds will be refunded if the customer cancels within 24 hours or the client can reschedule for another day. A raincheck is different from a reschedule. A rain check means the weather forced you to reschedule. If you receive a raincheck, then you will receive a credit to book another day and time as the weather permits.
