Hiring a bicycle is one of the easiest ways to explore our beautiful coastline and visit the stunning sights our local area has to offer.

Please ensure that you have adequate ID, Eg: Valid Passport or Government Photograph ID.
We will only allow the rental of equipment if the conditions are suitable. We reserve the right to stop rentals at any time without notice due to changing weather forecasts, safety concerns or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Adults over 18 years old can rent our bikes and tandem. Anyone aged under-18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
We recommend that a helmet should be worn when renting the bikes and tandem, however this is not mandatory, we do have limited sizes, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Cancellation Policy
For rentals from North Swell Ltd, a rental is fully refundable if you cancel with over 72 hours (3 days) notice before the start of the rental. Cancellations made between 24 to 71 hours before the rental start time will receive a 50% refund or may reschedule the booking at no cost for another time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund.
