WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Rain is very common in the Tropical region our tours take place in. These tours are rain or shine! That being said, the KPR Operations Team makes the decision to cancel a tour due to weather if necessary for safety reasons. Please do not make the mistake of deciding not to attend due to weather as you will still be charged if the excursion goes out. If you ever have a question about the weather conditions, please call us before making a decision.
In the case of a canceled tour, we will notify you as soon as possible with alternatives such as rescheduling to another date, booking another tour, or full refund.
Due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, cancellations may be done the same day on-site.
FINAL NOTE
It is very important that you read over our excursion restrictions including: participant weight, health and age restrictions. Same-day or on-the-spot cancellations due to not reading over these important restrictions will receive a full charge.
Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain firm about our cancellation policy. Consider that on a given day you have an excursion with us, we are there, onsite, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the cancellation reason, our time and fixed costs are already invested; we may even have turned down other customers by holding your space. Thank you for understanding!
