Cancellation/Rebooking and Refund Policy:

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for all of our excursions. Up until 72 hours before check-in time, you may change your reservation or cancel it for a full refund. Cancellations made in less than 72 hours before check-in time, late arrivals, and “no-shows” will maintain a full charge.

• All cancellations must be made directly with Kayaking Parguera by email.

• GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE GUESTS
  Groups of 6 or more guests must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the excursion in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations of groups made in less than 2 weeks prior to the excursion date will maintain a full charge on any spaces we are unable to resell. Guests that are no-shows or late arrivals will receive the full charge.

• WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
  Marine activities are subject to weather conditions, if we are forced to cancel the adventure due to the weather conditions guest will receive a full refund. We will contact you to inform you about the cancellation. If you decide not to attend without our cancellation notice you will be charged if the adventure goes out.

• DIRECTIONS
  The email provides the directions to use to arrive at our location and in addition, we offer in detail the do's and don'ts when using or selecting a GPS app. As a result, we are not liable for our guests' misuse of apps or their arrival at a different location. Clients who are unable to attend the tour due to the incorrect location or who are unable to arrange transportation will be charged in full, with no exceptions, and no refunds or rebooking will be processed.

• NOTE
  When you book your adventure with us, it means we have reserved a space in our calendar (that is no longer available to our other clients) exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we are forced to abide strictly by our cancellation policy. Same-day reservations are considered Final Sales. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours will not receive a refund, no exceptions.

• All tours are rain or shine.

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity's start time to check in. It will be considered a No show of the client if he(she) doesn't arrive at the departure point at 30 minutes before your activity's. A no show situation will be charged full price.

• For you security, at check-in, you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for the booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
