PARKING
You can self-park near our boat in the Marina self-parking area, we will be on the north area of the parking lot, next to the Quarterdeck Restaurant. The parking rate in this lot is $5 per hour. The parking lot is operated by the marina, pricing information is referential and subject to change. Pirates are not responsible for parking, parking tickets, etc.

WEATHER AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL TRIPS

Bluefoot Pirate Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason including but not limited to weather, low occupancy, boat maintenance, or other unexpected events that may impact the ability to sail. Trips will only be cancelled for weather in advance of the trip in the event of named storms. If it looks like rain, PLEASE STILL ARRIVE FOR YOUR TRIP. Cancellations for weather events will be made at the sole discretion of the Bluefoot Pirates Captain at the time of departure. South Florida weather is very unpredictable at times, it might be raining where you are but not where our tour goes. We are also famous for our 10 minute thunderstorms that clear up before you know it. If the weather is unsafe and the captain cancels the trip AND you are present at the dock when this occurs, you will not be charged and receive a full refund or the option reschedule to another available trip. If you are not present when the Captain cancels the trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will not be able to cancel/reschedule and will be charged the full amount on your reservation.

General Important Information

PRIVATE TRIPS
YOU NEED TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF THE RESERVATION TIME. All sales are final within one week of sail time, no exceptions. 49 Maximum Passengers (Adults and Children) Prepare for traffic, we are directly across the street from the beach and it can get busy. If you are late you run the risk of kids not being able to get tattoos, dressed up and or missing the trip.

Tipping Guide for Private Parties and Sunset Cruises
Gratuities are not included in the booking price but are greatly appreciated. Tips are CASH ONLY. You may leave tips for crew members in the tip jar or with the Captain if you choose. Suggested gratuity is 20% but any amount is deeply appreciated.

PRIVATE BIRTHDAY PARTIES
All sales are final within one week of sail time, no exceptions. Deposits made to hold the time and date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 49 Maximum passengers (Adults and Children). Prepare for traffic and arrive on time. The ship departs on the hour, late arrivals may miss out on the events before sail time or miss the boat. If the boat leaves the dock later than scheduled departure time, the boat will be back at the dock at scheduled time of reservation. All sales are final within one week before sail time, no exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gratuities are not included and appreciated.

Voyage Preparation
To prepare your pirates for daytime excursions be sure to bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, etc… Our treasure hunts will also continue in light rain so please prepare accordingly. Bottled water and Bluefoot Pirate Swag are available for purchase. If you are an experienced pirate and wish to adorn your own pirate attire, we welcome you to do so! NO cancelling or rescheduling within 1 week of your scheduled departure time.

Stroller policy: If the trip has 20 people or less booked, you may bring a stroller aboard. If there are more than 20 people attending, strollers must be left on the dock as we have limited space on deck.

Parents must accompany children at all times.

CANCELLATIONS

PRIVATE CHARTERS: (Birthdays, Summer Camps, Field Trips and Sunset Cruises)
You can cancel or reschedule your Private Charter up to 7 days prior to your departure time, however the 10% deposit for birthday parties is non-refundable. If for any reason you cannot make your Private Charter on the departure day and did not cancel 7 days prior to departure time you will be charged the full amount unless the trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather which is at the sole discretion of the Bluefoot Captain. If this occurs you may request a refund or reschedule. Gratuities are not included in your booking price.
