What to Bring: - Legal Ceremonies: Couples must obtain a Nevada issued marriage license prior to the ceremony. Both Bride & Groom are required to show a valid government issued identification to secure the license. The Marriage License Bureau is located at 201 E. Clark Ave. and is open daily from 8am -midnight. Cost - $102

Elvis Presley Impersonators
We have 5 of the city's best Elvis impersonators at Graceland Chapel, you can request a specific Elvis for your ceremony but it is not guaranteed. If you would like chapel owner, Brendan Paul, his normal work schedule is Monday-Saturday from noon-8pm.
Cameras & Cell Phones
The use of personal camera phones and video equipment are not permitted inside the chapel

ADDITIONAL FEES & GRATUITIES
The following fees and gratuities are in addition to your package and should be paid in cash to these individuals. If you booked an all-inclusive package with an agency, these fees have been prepaid.

ARRIVAL TIME
If you & your guests are coming to the chapel on-your-own, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ceremony start time to avoid any late fees.

PARKING
There is a metered parking lot adjacent to the chapel for a fee of $4.00 per hour. There are also a few free parking spots located behind the chapel. You can access the free parking via Garces Avenue or Bonneville Avenue.
USE OF CAMERAS
The use of cameras, personal camera phones and video equipment are not permitted inside the chapel
FACEBOOK LIVE-STREAM
If your package includes live-stream of your ceremony, please advise friends and family of your ceremony start time. Have them go to our Facebook page @GracelandChapel. As soon as the ceremony begins, it will go "live" on our page for them to watch in real time. Please note that Facebook will automatically remove the post after 30-days.

If you have selected a Vow Renewal or Commitment ceremony, these are considered NON-LEGAL ceremonies.
LEGAL CEREMONIES
If you selected a legal wedding ceremony, please read the section below for a few things that are required before the big day.
MARRIAGE LICENSE
For all LEGAL ceremonies, couples MUST obtain their marriage license, in person, at the Las Vegas Marriage Bureau PRIOR to arriving at the chapel. (Marriage Licenses from other States will not be accepted). The cost for the Nevada marriage license is $102. To obtain the license, both Bride & Groom must provide a Government issued identification at the Las Vegas Marriage Bureau. Example: valid driver's license, passport, or birth certificate. Upon arrival to the chapel, you will be asked to present this license.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Marriage License Requirements: Requirements for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens are the same.
It is suggested that non-U.S. citizens check with your local officials for special documents that may be needed to ensure that your marriage will be recognized in your country.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and not nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-blood, and not having a husband or wife living.
Applicants may be required to prove their age. Those not having acceptable identification to prove age may be refused a marriage license. (Faxed copies, damaged identification, privately issued I.D., check cashing cards or photocopies of identification are unacceptable.)
Social Security Numbers are required on the Affidavit of Application for a Marriage License. Please know your Social Security Number. Those without knowledge of their Social Security Number may be refused a marriage license. It is recognized that non U.S. citizens will not have a Social Security Number.

CERTIFIED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
You can order your certified marriage certificate online through the Clark County Recorder's Office. Your Officiant has 10-days to submit your completed marriage certificate to the Recorder's Office. Once processed, you can order your certified marriage certificate online within 1 to 2 business days. I would also allow a few weeks for shipping if ordering online.
EXPEDITED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
We offer an expedited marriage certificate service for $80. The certified marriage certificate will be available for pick up at the chapel the following business day after Noon, excluding holidays and weekends.
APOSTILLE SERVICE
An Apostille is a legal document required by some countries that is issued with your marriage certificate in order to make your union legal in your country.
If you would like assistance with obtaining your apostille, we can help with ordering the apostille and expediting the process. Just let your wedding consultant know so they can prepare your paperwork in advance. Payment will be collected on the day of the ceremony.

If you are late arriving to the chapel or meeting your driver at the designated pick up location, your ceremony start time may be rescheduled for the next available opening and a $50 late fee will be applied to your reservation.
