No, the Waikiki Trolley is designed to be a hop-on-hop-off system that lets you freely explore the highlights of downtown Honolulu, where home to some of Oahu's most historic places. Is the Waikiki Trolley wheelchair accessible? Yes, but there are few places where wheelchair guests may not get on/off-board the trolley due to limited spaces.
Do you have an office in Waikiki? Yes, our main ticket booth is located in the heart of Waikiki, lobby level of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza 2250 Kalakaua Ave. Come and look for our friendly staff members wearing orange aloha shirts. *Ask them for special deals and travel tips!

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time.
• Private Charter Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your charter. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for charters cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time.
