Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy 100% refund if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to activity date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to activity date.
- 0% refund if cancellation is made 24hours or less prior to activity date.
- No Show: Please arrive at least 10 min. before confirmed pickup and drop off time for your rentals.
In case of no shows, full amount will be charged, and is non-refundable.
Hanalei Bridge: Sometimes rentals have to be canceled due Hanalei Bridge closure, your rental will be rescheduled for a different day, if that is not possible due to your vacation schedule, you will receive a 100% refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to other unforeseen circumstances.
