Health and safety policy
Masks are recommended! As a courtesy, disposable masks are available. We offer hand sanitizer stations conveniently throughout the facility. Restrooms are stocked with antibacterial soap and alcohol wipes are available by request. All gaming equipment and furniture are sanitized with non-diluted alcohol after each use.

In preparation for the next event, the party area must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the end of your event. All excessive decorations (large displays, balloon towers/arches, etc.) must be removed by the event organizer or a $25 disposal fee will be assessed.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled by the customer. There is no cost to reschedule. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
