Directions and Pick-up Information
Blazing Saddles: 2715 Hyde Street
You may collect your bike between 8am and 6:30pm at the Blazing Saddles at 2715 Hyde Street.
Though your bike rental is prepaid, a credit card authorization of at least $1,500 per bike is required for security deposit at the time of rental.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations (excludes Escape from Alcatraz) made at least 48 hours before reservation date, there is a $25 administrative fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your rental date are not eligible for refund. Please note that same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund. Escape From Alcatraz packages are final sales and cannot be refunded.
